The Fake News Network is a comedic response to the COVID lockdown that hopefully some people will find amusing.

The intention is to provide a couple of topical news items everyday to comment on current world events - or on totally unrelated events as the case may be.

There are many other sites that also provide fake news of one sort or another, including many of the mainstream media and much of the social networking ecosystem.

FNN is not on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter since it is unable to compete with the wisdom of these crowds.

Fake News is collected and curated by an AI-bot nicknamed "plug".
